BHS Class of 1962 - 55th Class Reunion

The Class of 1962 reached another milestone in May 2017, making it to our 55th Class Reunion.

The weather in Beardstown was almost perfect, although it was a bit hot.   Most Memorial Day weekends are hot in Beardstown.   Beardstown does do an outstanding job of decorating the City Park to remember everyone who served in the military or made other sacrifices.  Each flag has a plaque on it listing the individual who donated it and for whom it was donated.

Friday Night Party

On Friday night our Class got together at the Veterans of Foreign Wars facility in Beardstown.   We had a very good turn out, as you can see in the pictures on the following pages.   This location was especially great for our Class party since we were the only group there, there was no band,  and we did not have to scream to be able to hear each other.   Mary Ella and Joyce did a good job of decorating.   And Kent brought along some gifts for all of the Class of 62 members.   The meal was catered by Kelly Cagle.
